In the years 2022-2023, Bhagya S Uppaldinni, Nandini N Pujari, and Megha B Choudari, students of B S Timasani High School, represented Karnataka state in the Southern India Science Fair National Level Science Exhibition at Thrissur, Kerala. The event was organized by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, and Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum, Bengaluru. Bhagya, Nandini, and Megha participated in the fair as students from the 10th, 8th, and 9th grades, respectively.
In 2016-2017, our students represented Karnataka state at Jidnyasa-2017, which was organized by the Agastya Foundation—a national-level science exhibition held in Hubballi, Karnataka
In 2016-17, Keerti V Guddodagi, a 9th-grade student at B S Timasani High School, represented the state of Karnataka in "The INSPIRE Awards" - MANAK (Million Minds Augmenting National Aspiration and Knowledge). This prestigious event is organized by the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India, in collaboration with the National Innovation Foundation-India (NIF). The initiative is closely aligned with the action plan for the "Start-up India" campaign, which was launched by the Honorable Prime Minister of India held in New Delhi.
In 2013-14, Tejaswini S. Konnur and Keerti V. Guddodagi, students of B S Timasani High School, represented Karnataka state in the Southern India Science Fair and the National Level Science Exhibition. They achieved first place, along with a cash prize and the Karnataka Group Trophy, at the event held in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, organized by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, and Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum, Bengaluru.
